A Somatic Retreat for Embodied Healing & Deep Renewal

Do you feel like you’re constantly holding it all together but slowly unraveling inside?
Are you exhausted from being strong for everyone else, while longing for someone to hold space for you?
Do you crave stillness, but feel afraid of what you might feel when you finally slow down?
Have you tried to “think” your way into healing, but your body still feels stuck in old patterns?
Do you want to feel more connected—to yourself, to others, and to the natural world—but don’t know where to start?
Is your nervous system always “on,” even when you're trying to rest?
Do you long for space to soften, breathe, and just be you—without pressure to perform or be “better”?

Join us for a 3-night, 3-day restorative healing retreat designed to help you reconnect with your true self, restore your nervous system, and experience deep emotional and somatic renewal. We'll help you release trapped stress, tension, and pain, and provide tools for shifting long held negative patterns holding you back from joy and peace.

Through a blend of trauma education, healing movement practices, sound bath & nature healing, nourishing meals cooked on-site by a private chef, genuine community support and connection, and compassionate guidance from supportive healers who have used these practices for their own growth, this retreat offers a holistic path to lasting transformation.

We believe healing isn't just about relief—it's about reclaiming your life. You'll leave with tools to support lifelong emotional resilience, nervous system balance, and deeper self-understanding.

Our retreat will be held at Loch Llyn Villa, an 11,000-square-foot luxury home and cabin tucked beside the serene shores of Rose Lake (also known as Fisherman’s Lake) in the Hocking Hills region of Logan, Ohio. Nestled just beyond the iconic Old Man’s Cave in Hocking Hills State Park, this stunning property offers a peaceful, nature-immersed setting that invites deep rest, connection, and restoration.

At the heart of this retreat is a shared belief: healing isn’t just about coping—it’s about restoration. It’s about reclaiming your life, reconnecting with your true self, and creating space for meaningful transformation.
We believe true healing requires more than insight—it asks for nervous system regulation, intentional self-exploration, and the support of safe, attuned community.
Our team brings together diverse, trauma-informed practices—like somatic work, restorative yoga, sound healing, nature immersion, and personal reflection—to guide you out of survival mode and into a sense of balance, vitality, and wholeness.
This retreat is more than an escape—it’s an invitation. To slow down, to listen deeply, and to return to the parts of you that are ready to be known, nourished, and restored.

Our venue offers several king bedrooms as well as a couple of multi-bed rooms, which we will assign based on whether attendees are coming alone or with others and with the intention of creating an atmosphere of safety.
Please note that you may be sharing a room and one of the 5 full bathrooms with others. To help us make everyone as comfortable and at ease as possible, we ask that you let us know:
If you will be attending solo or with someone else
If attending with others, their name(s) and whether you’re open to sharing a bed if needed
If assigned to a group room with bunk beds, whether you can safely access a top bunk or require a bottom bunk due to accessibility needs
If you have any concerns about accommodations, please reach out—we want to help you feel at ease.

For those seeking more in-depth, personalized support, we offer individual therapy sessions to continue exploring emotional patterns and trauma healing. Whether you're diving deeper into your experience or navigating challenges post-retreat, therapy can help you stay on track and create a plan for ongoing growth and healing.
